Suicidal Thought

Hello… to someone who's reading this. Well, people said writing is a therapy. Indeed, it is, for me. This is my first ever thing to write here. One of my friends told me just this morning, why didn’t  you create a blog? It’s never too late, you know. So yea, I'm new to this blogging stuff.  

Write... The first thing that comes to my mind is…  Suicidal thought. 

Wooo... Quite a heavy topic eh? 

Most people relate it with mental illness. What if I said, it is not? I’m not a doctor, though. Not in the area of medicine too. Then why the freak am I going to write about things like this? Concern, that’s what it is. Raise up your hand if you never ever thought about suicide even once in your life. I expected to see none of you proudly raising up your hands. 

Trust me. It is normal for people to think about committing suicide. Tired in life. Tired for life. In stressful times, that's kind of normal, becoming more and more of a daily routine to think about, 'Should I kill myself?' 'Should I die?' 

BUT 

When you started hanging out with friends (you did have friends, don't deny the fact just because you're too stress) and families, you laugh and laugh and laugh, those suicidal thoughts changes into regrets. Regrets on why you even think about letting past hurting your happiness. and that's what we all should try. Living in the present. Living life to the fullest.  

Sure, our life journey are different. So are you. You're different, and unique. People accept you when you yourself accept you. Make sense? Try it! It's fun. 

So back to our first issue. Suicidal thoughts are just an emotion that keeps floating in your mind. Spray them with some love, it should fix what should be fixed. It's not mental illness, it's your emotion. We're human, that's why.
